I am a big fan of this Maze Rooms location. They have many locations around SoCal. The themes at this location are some of my favorite. I really enjoy the magic that is created through this set design and unique lighting and props at this location.

Visiting L.A and due to the rain we last minute switched our plans to do an escape room. MJ was our game master and she was so nice and friendly that we stayed and played a second game. Highly recommend this place if you find yourself in L.A

My friends and I were looking for an escape room to nightcap my friends birthday festivities in Long Beach. We decided on Cyberpunk Samurai - it sounded interesting! Trying to find the place was a little tricky because you can't see it from the streets. If you follow whatever GPS you're using, you'll see that you have to drive into the lot. Once entering the place, it could get a little confusing because there's no front desk to check-in at. Instead there's signage to have us wait. The lobby is cool. It's like a huge art installation. You could tell that it is still a work in progress because some of their supplies were just laying around. For a few minutes no one came down to greet us but we could tell they were busy with another group. The rooms are located upstairs so this place may not be accessible for some people.

My bf and I just finished playing Lunar Mission, and this was probably one of the best escape rooms we've played! The production was so good and immersive, we really felt like we were in a space ship or something haha. Connor was an amazing game master, he was the only one working tonight handling several games at once, but he did so well! He was very helpful and kind, and overall my bf and I loved our experience here šŸ™‚ We'd definitely bring our friends here next time

The rooms are well made and fun. I’m not sure if it was an ā€˜easy’ room (Russian spy theme), but in just 2 people we got out with 21 mins left. So maybe it would have been good to have a few more riddles to solve.

I played Magic kingdom with my family and was very surprised by the level of detail in the room! There were fun puzzles to solve that were a little hard but our game master michael helped us out a lot! Would recommend

Great experience. Magic kingdom room is creative. The parking around the place is HORRIBLE. The aesthetics are sketchy. Once inside, they transport you to a great experience that requires deep thought and teamwork. Strongly recommend this room.

FAQ

What is an escape game?
Real-life room escape games are a type of physical adventure game in which people are ā€œlockedā€ in a room with other participants and have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues and escape the room within a set time limit.

Work as a team to solve puzzles, explore clues, and use available tools combined with logic and your senses to find the keys and open the door to freedom within 60 minutes!

This activity is recommended for: personal improvement, team building, relationship strengthening, quality family time, fun with friends, an unusual date night, student activity, tourist attraction.

Do I need to book the game?

We are working by appointment and accept online reservations ONLY! The game can be booked on our web-pageĀ la.mazerooms.com.

All reservations are private, meaning that you are reserving a time slot for you and your team only. We are unable to hold time slots without payment. If you are not sure how many people you have in total, we recommend to book the game for 2-3 players ($99 deposit to hold the timeslot) and pay for the rest of players at the location (cash and credit cards are accepted).

If you already booked a game and you’d like to add additional participants to your team (within maximum occupancy), you may do so when you check in prior to your scheduled start time. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

Is there an age limit to play?

Yes! Each room has a very strict age limit. Please visit ourĀ AGE REQUIREMENTSĀ section.

Maze Rooms reserves the right to request an ID from customers who might be minors. Anyone under our age restrictions will not be admitted and NO REFUND will be given. Children CAN NOT be left unattended in the lobby.

How many players can I bring?

We will admit no more than 7 PLAYERS into a room, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is for your enjoyment of the game, it is designed to be solved by this many people and would not be fun for more players.

Please pay your attention that due to the nature of the game the maximum capacity of VR Cosmos Game is 5 players. Also, not more than 6 players will be allowed in the Lunar Mission room. If you have a larger group, you will need to split into smaller teams and play in different rooms. We have locations with multiple rooms, so please pay attention to the address of the location, when you book a larger group.

Is it hard to solve clues? What if I get stuck on a puzzle?
All our rooms are designed to be challenging in a fun way! People of all skill levels enjoy this game. During your game you are allowed to ask for hints and the game master will be on hand to help you.
